These terms govern your use of Tesify, operated by jecrs687, established in Malta. By creating an account you agree to them.
1. Your account
You need an account to use the service. Keep your credentials secure and let us know if you believe someone else has used your account.
2. What the service does
Tesify is an assistive academic writing editor. It helps you structure your work, suggests improvements to text you have already written, builds citations and lets you check your own originality. It does not write your dissertation for you and does not guarantee any academic result.
3. Acceptable use and academic integrity
You agree to use Tesify in line with your institution’s academic regulations and with our Acceptable Use and Academic Integrity Policy. You are responsible for the work you submit.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you write. We do not claim rights over your dissertation, and we do not use your documents to train artificial intelligence models. You grant us only the limited permission needed to store and process your content so we can provide the service.
5. Payments and cancellation
There is a free plan and a paid plan. Prices and billing terms are shown in the application before you subscribe. Consumers resident in the European Union have a 14-day right of withdrawal where it applies. If you are a consumer in the United Kingdom, the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 give you, where they apply, a 14-day right to cancel a distance contract; where you ask for a digital service to begin immediately, that right may be affected once performance has started.
6. Availability and liability
We work to keep the service available but cannot guarantee uninterrupted access. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, including your statutory rights as a consumer.
7. Termination
You may close your account at any time. We may suspend accounts that breach these terms or the acceptable use policy.
